Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Had my first dealings with customer service yesterday. They are great. I ordered a 16oz bottle of wash and 2 9in pads. When i opened the box, the wash was leaking and a TON of it spilled. The pads were not affected because of the packaging though. I emailed customer service about it. Less then 5 minutes later i had an email back from them. They told me that they were going to replace the bottle. They were the best customer service i have ever dealt with. This truly is as great of a company as i have herd. |

Yup. Customer service is second to none. When my wife got me the Premium Kit, the bucket and lid were back ordered items. I received a hand written note on my invoice explaining as such and that it will ship out as soon as they are in stock. Seems like a little thing but it goes a long way with customers.

Yes sir-eeee...had a similar experience as well...some VRT spilled in one of my recent order. They were about to offer a replacement but since it didn't spill much I didn't feel the need to get it replaced. Welcome aboard to our loyal crazed group.

Its amazing, isn't it?
I had some cracked bottles as well, although i didn't loose any product. 2 new bottles (with the proper labels) were on my doorstep quickly, no questions asked. Adam and crew...don't change a thing. Word is spreading more and more every day! Oh...and another great thing about these products...they work EXACTLY as the labels say they will.
