Who is "Adam's Polishes"?

Say hello to our team, many of whom you might never talk to, but are an important part of us delivering quality goods to your doorstep. Figured it was important to give you guys an inside look at our little operation here. As you can see we're not a staff of hundreds, but a small close nit team of friends. All of our products are still hand bottled and packed one at a time with care and we hope that shows each and every time you open a box from us.

THE COLORADO WAREHOUSE TEAM

Adam - the company namesake, chief detailer, and mastermind behind this little company. I'm sure most everyone is familiar with the boss, but if you've watched the videos, met him at a show, or talked to him on the phone you know hes absolutely NUTS about car care and customer service. Jose - This guys a machine and our longest tenured Adam's employee. Chances are that every single bottle in your collection has passed thru his hands. Jose works his tail off every single day mixing product, bottling, capping, and labeling ALL BY HAND!! Making the move from California to Colorado was a big change, but Jose took it in stride and is like family.





Chris - Not only our newest employee but our only enlisted employee! Chris is the other half of our speedy packing and shipping duo. Chris puts in long hours to make sure the fedex truck is always stuffed full of Adam's boxes when it leaves each day. Its an honor to have such a great guy as part of the team.



Patti - More than just our accountant, Patti is the 'warehouse mom' who keeps all the rowdy Adam's boys in line. Shes usually the first smiling face you see when you visit the Boulder location and sometimes the voice you hear answering phones. She does an amazing job of keeping this little company on track and organized. She has been an invaluable addition to the company and we appreciate her presence every day.



Mario - our resident car guru, Mario knows more about cars than pretty much anyone I know down to the intricate mid model year changes of obscure european cars. He comes from a long family history of car dealers and it always seems like hes got some cool exotic in his driveway to prep for sale. Many of you may have had the pleasure of speaking with him on the phone or via the forums - he plays an important role in development and testing of products and is a great friend that we're proud to work with.

THE CALIFORNIA TEAM

Ashley - Everyones favorite customer service rep. If you call to place an order ask a question or get information about something chances are she'll be the one you talk to. Shes also the fast fingers behind our Live Chat. Ashley prides herself on providing top notch service and helping tons of customers every single day, everything to picking the right product to placing an order shes your girl! Don't be fooled, shes a car girl at heart and can do some detailing with the best of us! You'll also find her teamed up with yours truly at detail clinics and shows all over SoCal.


Dylan - Adam's web presence, thats what I do! Answering emails, PM's, forum posts etc. If you've written in to the tips line with a detailing question I'm the guy whos probably responding at 10pm on a Sunday night. Detailing professionally for the better part of 13 years finally brought things full circle when I joined the team full time in March of this year. I get to play a large role in product testing and development and travel a fair amount to attend clinics all over the US. Its really a pleasure to count myself as part of this company and call all these people my friends.

THE NEW ADDITIONS TO THE TEAM

Mook (the Other Chris)



I help pack boxes, ship orders, fill dealer orders, help with product development, and am part of the Shine Crew for auctions and shows. A pure FuelJunkie, started with the love for cars and trucks before I could walk, and making sure they shine shortly thereafter. My dad played a lot into that being a gearhead himself. When I am not helping out wherever I can for Adam's, I am usually at home with my wife and dog, cooking, playing 360, or out detailing someone's ride with my good friend JD_SS.
I have two huge passions in this life, detailing and cooking. Depending on the day, I am better at one then the other, but detailing provides more therapy for me. My history here at Adam's started by meeting Dylan through my best friend, on what else...a Forum! From there, after learning about the product and pretty much drinking it, I was honored by being brought on back I think in May of 2011. Two big things for me since coming on board...the Auctions in Auburn, Indiana (including the ACD Museum), and also working side by side with my good friend Dylan at Hot August Nights this past summer. That's probably A LOT more information than anyone needed.

Nice, thanks for posting. It's great to deal with a company where you get to see the faces, and sometimes know the people who you are actually dealing with. The fact that you guys do hand bottling and labeling makes it all the more appealing to me. Plus the American made. All that and the amazing customer service is why I choose Adam's.
