Default Machine Polish/Wax VS. The Hand Polish/Wax

Can the hand polish and wax be used with the Porter Cable 7424 or is the machine polish/wax suggested? I will purchase the machine quality polish/wax as soon as I run out of what I have here.

Gorgeous Pony!

Our Buttery Wax and Revive Polish can certainly be applied by a machine - but you will 110% guaranteed receive better results with our Fine Machine Polish and Machine SuperWax

Each is thicker and refined to be a better performer when used in conjunction with a PC.

Thank you all for the compliments! I owe it to Adam for keeping this car looking so good! I will definitely order the machine wax and polish. It makes sense to have a thicker product for use with the PC.

Well then, can you use the machine polishes by hand? Anybody ever try it?

I haven't tried it but I would assume it would be harder to spread thin and you'd end up wasting alot of product where it is thicker, but that is just a guess.

Well...I solved my own question and ordered the machine quality polish and wax! When the Spring rolls around, I will be able to pull my car out of the garage and finish melting the snow from the Adam's shine!!!!!

Jason et. al. Adam did my car with machine polish at Carlisle last summer. It still likes great but I would like to "finish the job" by putting several coats of machine wax and possibly a coat of Buttery Wax over the existing polish as I am basically lazy. What procedure would you recommend? Thanx much Rad
