Help! Use multiple gift cards at checkout?

This kinda sucks. I've got three gift cards from Christmas and I've been waiting for the spring sale to use them in conjunction with the 15% off. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I cannot figure out how to use more than one gift card at a time. And for that matter, it doesn't look like I can use the discount with even one gift card.

Tried to call in and order but they're closed until tomorrow. Does that mean I'll miss the 15% off sale? Not sure if, "Ends April 4th at midnight" means tonight at midnight or tomorrow at midnight. Either way, pretty bummed. Had a hell of wishlist worked up and I had been saving these gift cards since Christmas! You know how hard that was

Thought about multiple orders but I think I would have to pay shipping for multiple orders and that defeats the whole purpose. Anybody ever used a bunch of gift cards or can it just not be done? Thanks

Call Ashley Monday and explain your problem. They'll work with you I'm sure. You can't use multiple code on the website. It keeps from dishonest customers from abusing the discount system.

I did this just last Thursday. I received two gift certificates for my birthday last month and when I called Ashley, she simply looked them up, logged into my account and my cart was already there. She applied the certificate numbers and the discount code and it literally took about 5 minutes total. I'm sure she will take care of it for you.

Now I'm playing the waiting game since it's the weekend...

By the way "April 4th at midnight" means Monday night, not Sunday night. Call or do the online chat with Ashley tomorrow. They will take care of you.

I'll echo again... call monday! 866-965-0400 anytime between 8am - 5pm PST.

The system doesn't allow simultaneous codes as a precaution. A discount code can be used to buy a gift card.... so lets say you were less than honest:

you could buy $200 worth of gift cards for $180 with a discount code, then buy a $250 kit using the same discount code for 10% off @ $225, pay with the bulk of the balance with your gift card and the rest on your own, basically you will have paid $205 for $250 worth of stuff... basically making a 10% discount code worth 18% off.

But I digress... we'll honor your gift cards on monday so long as they weren't purchased with a discount code, just give us a call.

Yea I have to agree with that...personally I'd block all discounts when buying gift cards...I am not going to lie...I got a gift card that was bought using a discount and i was trying to use it when there was another sale...but it made total sense so I just saved the gift card for when i needed something else.
