Problem with ordering website?

I am trying to place an order to take advantage of the summer sale, but the box where you enter the discount code is not appearing. I went all the way through the ordering process to the point where I charge my credit card and still no discount code dialog box.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I just checked, the box is right there where it has always been


Maybe try closing your browser and trying again ? If that doesn't work maybe give Ashley a call tomorrow ?

many people make the mistake of advancing to the checkout screen and missing the page with the coupon or gift card spot... its on the very first page of checkout so if you advance into the process past that point you will miss it.

Yeah, I know, but it really wasn't there. I even closed the browser and started over -- still no code.

I'll give it another try ......

EDIT: The spot for the code is there this time. I have no idea what happened to it before.

Good deal! Sometimes you may have to try another browser or restart yours if things aren't showing up right on the interwebs...however I've never had any issues with adams site!
