Default Messed up my paint... Help!

I'm sick... Found a scratch that somehow appeared after my winter detail. So I know it wasn't there. I'm sure it was kid, dog, slash something mysterious that caused the three mini scratches...

Well, I went back to correct the scratches with a green focus pad on PC with Swirl & Haze Remover. I was making great headway and had almost gotten rid of the 2 smaller scratches and was working on the bigger one. A picture is worth a thousand words.... AJ Junkman2008

Any advice would be appreciated...

Using a green focus pad on the pc with Swirl & Haze Remover.

Chunk or scratch. The first 2 are almost gone compared to what they were. The third one is much better as you can hardly see it. I used macro to take this pic from 2 inches.

I just got off the phone with Eric and he told me to try Revive. It made it smoother and a little shinier. But it's still there...

Also, what part of the car is this on? Plastic or metal?

Hmmm... based on that pic I would've guessed overheated plastic. Strange.

Did you buff those 2 areas separately or is it the result of the pad hitting both areas at once? If so did buff separately did you notice the first area before starting the 2nd?

I'm straining to see it, but if theres no texture to it, you may have overheated the panel and cause an issue with the base under the clear. This isn't a 'burn'... something totally different going on here.

There is texture... Any thoughts on fixing?
