Default Simeone Foundation Museum

One of the best kept secrets for car lovers, especially racing fans, is located not far from Philadelphia International Airport.

The Simeone Foundation Museum is home to some fantastic, historic rides and
should not be missed. The Museum not only hosts some gorgeous static displays, but also occasionally fires up some of its cars on a weekend course (parking lot) outside the back door. It's a thrill to hear the engines and see these cars doing what they were built to do.

Check it out if you come to Philly!

I just want Cheese Steak.

Nice find. Sounds like a fun exhibit but its a lil to far for me to drive unless I am on vacation.

Look out! Something tells me we've awakened the craving. Unfortunately, no steaks at the museum but they make a mean hot dog.

Chris, the founder of the museum, Dr. Frederick Simeone, a retired neurosurgeon, is a walking encyclopedia of classic racing and exotic cars. It's fun to watch him get behind the wheel and put some of his "babies" through the paces.
