Team Adam's
PHEW!! Day one in the books. Today was vendor and exhibitor only... setup the booth, then ventured into building 4 for a date with a '32 Roadster and a Custom Auburn needing some love before judging in Americans Most Beautiful Roadster Contest. I took on the 32 while Marky took on the Auburn. As you can see the painters didn't do me any favors with prep on the '32 1 pass of SHR + Orange Pad on the Flex followed up with 2 passes of FMP + white pad brought the paint back to a stunning deep black I proceeded around the car the same way and knocked the rest out - one snag was the silverleaf pulling off with the tape - that will be another story for another time Divide & Conquer! There was a lot of onlookers as we put the Adam's touch on these babies: Time for a quick shot with each car and then back to the booth to pack it in for the night... tomorrow the show OFFICIALLY starts. Our boys from Oregon done good! This thing showed up sanded down to 3000 grit!! Don't worry... that yellow towel was only used to polish out some of the underhood accessories Its not done until it gets an official reflection thumbs up! Team Adam's
Thats what we were told... it certainly didn't look as bas as we thought it would. The painter did a FANTASTIC job on it.

Team Adam's
Only had a little time to walk around yesterday... so not many pictures. The Buick wagon made a great all day demo car!! Thanks to Doug, Ryan, and all the other customers who came out to say hello and hang out for a bit. We're having a blast at this show!! Its gone cloudy on us today, but we have 3 great demo cars lined up for the booth, so today should be another fun one. Day 3 Pics -

Doug123
Love that silver Caddie with the fat whitewalls - down on the ground. Front end reminds me of a bulldog. Plus that one black rod had cheaters on the back! Haven't seen those in years. Plus, even with Dylan's great photos, it is difficult to capture these vehicles. Some are absolutely stunning. Several black cherry paint jobs that looked great in person would not photograph to best effect.
lawson4450
I love all the shine and stuff but have one thing to say do these cars ever get driven if not whats the point in having something that nice if you dont get to enjoy it? just wondering. Team Adam's
Well... Sunday turned out disappointing since the clouds opened up and soaked the event. Luckily the GNRS occupies about 8 indoor hangers in addition to the outdoor stuff so I still got around to get pictures and ventured outside when the rain let up. Marky, Dave, and myself didn't let the weather discourage us... we still clayed and demo'd what we could despite the downpour. Who says you can't sell Adam's in the rain!! LOL The skies really opened up around 2:00 and we had a mini river running thru our booth. We packed up and I was headed home around 6pm soaked up to my knees, but happy about a good event. Met lots of cool old hot rodders and some talented young builders. 110 shots... enjoy!
mc2hill
Again WOW! So many amazing cars and so much creativity. Not sure about all the flat/matte paint though, needs polish!
Team Adam's
Again WOW! So many amazing cars and so much creativity. Not sure about all the flat/matte paint though, needs polish! Yea... the 'suede' crowd was certainly out in full force. It makes sense on some period correct rides, but on some it just starts to play too much to the trend. I'm sure sooner (rather than later) the trend will die and as most of the automotive community moves away from flat and satin paint jobs the hard core old school rod guys will have it back for themselves where it makes the most sense.
