I will be washing my car tomorrow so it is a guarantee that anytime I do this, it rains. That is all

I was thinking of washing my car as well. It's suppose to be 1 degree celcius, but I chose to go snowboard, so I'll wash it sunday

What is this "celcius" you speak of? And what is this "rain?" I know not of these things you speak of.
