Brilliant Glaze

JVannozzi

Question

i have acquired multiple bottles of brilliant glaze between all the mystery boxes and buckets....however i never got the chance to use it......tonight i was going to take my black 911 to a car show so i figured i would glaze it to make it pop after reading everyones success with it.....all i can say is WOW.....so easy to apply and take off and the results are stunning.......i can't believe i waited this long to try, but i have a 10 month old who keeps me busy.....here are the results......i do not know why every time i post in here it comes sideways.....

Camaro Superfest this weekend up here in the Mitten. Went with the Brilliant Glaze under Americana. Sorry for the crappy squiggly hose in the reflection. But do you all see that shine?:wub: I'll get a better picture tomorrow.

Looks great Jen!   :2thumbs:

Please try and post some photos from Superfest, for those who are not in MI, it is the largest multi-day Camaro show around!

Looks freakin awesome!!!!

I actually did my Tahoe tonight, took all of 20 mins with a DA. Very cool stuff!

My question for others out there, which adds more gloss, Brilliant Glaze or Buttery Wax?

For me Brilliant Glaze adds more gloss than buttery. Also easier to remove if you care about that.

OP

Brilliant Glaze is a favorite of mine. Glad you enjoyed it. Looks fantastic!

BG, especially for a black (or red) car. It won't last very long, but man, it's some awesome stuff. You could ask experiment with layering to see what you prefer.

Looks great, Joe!

i did mine by hand......was easy.....i like patriot wax the best though

Next time you wax, put BG down first, then Patroit Wax.  The wax will 'lock in' the glaze.  I do this with Americana on the garage queens and show cars I work on and the results are fantastic!

This is where it's at.

Brilliant Glaze + Patriot/Americana is pure shine porn. Not exaggerating.

Thanks. I'll post up a link later. I think there are around 400 cars here!

For me I think BG adds more shine, but doesnt last near as long as anything else, great for that show day finish thou.

Buttery wax is a great quick on and off that for me gets a couple weeks of performance and gives me the chance to clean and quickly detail my daily regularly to keep it clean and shiny.
