  1. Adams team, I am sure this has been brought up before, but I was just wondering if you would ever consider offering products in 64 oz sizes. Just figured I would ask.
  2. Uh oh, I may need to ammend my review of the Cyclo.
  3. Great white towel is in the Essentials kit right? I think you have a really good plan. Other than what you picked I would look at getting the Rinsless Wash. It is awesome to have during winter and I really like to use it after a rain versus a full wash. The fender brush is another thing I would definitely say go for because your truck tires and fenders are going to stand out when dirty.
  4. Awesome Nick! Reviewed some of my favorite products.
  5. I was using formula 113 on my car and a guy I worked with basically kept his car so clean you could eat off of it. He told me he used Adams. I wasnt necessarily dissatisfied with the 113 wax. I thought it was better than I could get at the store. But then I went onto the Adams site and noticed how much nicer it was. I think one of my first orders was the basic kit. The packaging really impressed me along with the fact it was on sale. And the products were all very impressive too. Detail spray was really several notches above the others I had tried. From there on out, I have been buying Adams.
  6. Adam, I have actually one stepped it using the white microfiber pads and Paint Finishing Polish and a hit of revive and seen really good results. I think the idea of going "least aggressive" is always a good way. I guess the type of paint you are dealing with really dictates it too. I have been trying to stay away from cars that are hammered lately.
  7. How long are the bristles on that? I thought that was a wheel brush. Will a wheel brush work for this?
  8. Yeah I just hit a point where I had a few trucks I worked on and the regular brush worked awesome. But then I did several cars with very little clearance and wasnt able to get near the results due to that. So thats when the light bulb kicked on about either cutting mine down or suggesting it as a product. Seems the style is to fill the wells with rims and tires so I think there is a legitimate case for it, but havent really searched around to see if there is one already. For those using the wheel woolies do they stand up to the scrubbing pretty well?
  9. Agreed I think I may modify mine and buy another or use the wheel woolie. Just thinking the wheel woolie might get destroyed on some of the rough surfaces in the fender wells i have come across.
  10. Not sure if anyone else agrees but I think a low profile and maybe an angled fender brush woul be awesome. With the way many newer cars are, you cannot fit the standard fender brush in to clean the fenders. Maybe we could cut/modify the standard brush down some? Either way, I think it would be a good option.
  11. How about the Microfiber Madness mitts etc? I've heard good things about their durability
  12. Where/ how has it been stored? If you kept all of it in a climate controlled environment you might be okay. But if the products were subjected to extreme temps, probably time to go ahead and buy new product. There is a very useful thread below in reference to product life expectency. Also, its probably a good idea to use your judgement. If things look/smell bad wont mix when shaken etc probably means its no good. http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/17083-faq-do-the-products-have-a-shelf-life/
  13. Thanks for the heads up. I think it would be awesome if Adams had a mix and match Gallon deal or anything similar. I like buying from Adams because of their support etc. Dont typically buy anywhere else unfortunately.
  14. Running a bit low on some gallons and wondered if Adams is going to do the Gallon Essentials ever again? That was a good deal last time I got it. I brlieve it had CS DS APC and WW all for around 120. Unless Im losing it, i couldnt find it during the sale last weekend.
  15. Doesn't sound normal. Are you "centering" the pads one by one and giving them a spin by hand to ensure they are not off center?
  16. Thanks Adam. I figured it would be okay to use that but wanted to check with all the experts first.
  17. What oil do people use to oil the Cyclo and how often? Also, is there an easy way to air clean it, like buying an Air in a Can? I do not have a compressed air gun.
  18. I bet they will have a sale on Memorial day, but you can be fairly certain there will be something worthwhile on July 4
  19. I think you will love the Cyclo. I like mine better than the Flex and the PC. I have all three. With the mf pads, you can come really close to the correcting power of the Flex. I think thats why I like the Cyclo so much. It is very smooth and easy to control and you can correct quite a good amount of damage with it. It basically bridges the gap between the PC for ease of use and the Flex for correcting ability. I was using the Flex for correction and the PC for LSP application or applying BG. Now I am basically using Cyclo for both.
