  1. I'd really like to hear your opinion on how much squeegee/drying, if any, is needed to be spot-free.
  2. Colored towels I wash before first use...white towels rarely.
  3. I dedicated some microfiber applicators and plush towels to G&G. They get presoaked immediately after use and washed separate from other towels.
  4. I think the longer cord is/was an option by a competitor.
  5. I clean my foam pads with a towel and the polisher running. Tough to describe in text, but there are videos posted on the internet that shows the technique.
  6. Sure looks like snags to me...but: I had a new style green glass towel with similar, although fewer, imperfections. It happen during the first washer/dryer routine. None of the other (identical towels) did the same thing. I haven't a clue what caused it, but the green glass towel and the new drying towel are very similar construction. The imperfections doesn't seem to effect the performance of the towel.
  7. That should work well with a foam canon. Make sure the canon is set for a fan pattern and try getting further back from the vehicle. Also try to apply the foam faster.
  8. What is the flow and pressure of your pressure washer?
  9. Completely removing blood from fabric is tough.
  10. It will work WAY better. The new towel is a major improvement.
  11. I really hope PB learns a brutal lesson about customers disliking being strong-armed.
  12. Good question. I saw a web page very similar to this recently...it turned out to be a temporarily active page for a product just about to be released. The page then disappeared, and then the product was officially announced. So...
  13. It seems ON gallons is not a high priority...I haven't seen a reply that that I'd call encouraging. Wonder why?
  14. how about an action shot of you in the Jeep!
  15. Looks really nice! Please let us know how the coating holds up to the heat.
  16. I would have the water tested. Might cost $30+/-. Then you can determine what needs to be done to treat the water. (Depending on how hard your water, you may want some form of "whole house" system...hard water is tough on water heaters and appliances, bathing, clothes washing...) Our well water is treated with a whole house system consisting of sediment filter, typical whole house "softener", charcoal filter, and a UV system (bacteria). Water for car washing bypasses the carbon filter and UV.
  17. There was a thread on diluting G&G with water. It didn't work well.
  18. I did my DD w/ straight Leather Cleaner and was SHOCKED at the grudge that came off the front (heavily used) seats!
