  1. Falcon , so are u saying to skip the blue pad with compound and just start with white pad and polish first?
  2. Never been polished. No clear coat failure I can see. No other issues
  3. Thanks falcon, I guess my main question would be is this car safe to do paint correction? Is the clearcoat too old to mess with or not?
  4. HI Guys, it's been a while but I'm back!. Just got a new 9mm swirl killer. Have never done paint correction before but have tons of other detailing experience over 15 years. I want to correct the paint on my 2006 GTO. I've been talking to people and they keep saying stay off the edges and be careful because the car is 16 years old and original paint. Will correcting the paint on a car this old cause further damage? Or is it safe to polish?. The paint is in pretty good shape, just has a lot of water spots and swirls in it. Thanks!
  5. FYI Amazon has some amazing deals right now. 20 percent off some already great deals. Black Friday deals. Check em out everyone!
  6. Well seems like the new would be much much easier to apply. Thanks
  7. I thought the old version could be used as a wet or dry method also???
  8. What I can already tell about the new is very little separation which is nice
  9. I plan on using the old up first unless the new h2o is significantly better
  10. Do you prefer the older version of h2o or the new one? As I have both and have not tried the new one.
  11. Thanks guys I applied it after doing a quick waterless wash. I hope there was a good bond. I just didn't have time to wash strip clay etc. Though I did clay it about two weeks before I sealed it. Hand applied paint sealant and we got some rain today and man did it bead up pretty good. So I'm sure the sealant worked well.
