So, they know the website is "not right', and they know at least a few of us are taking the time to ask whats going on (repeatedly). Yet, other than a vauge response almost a week ago .....nothing. Something would be nice, even if only just to chime in. ....and where is Dexter through all this? He might be a nice guy but this is just a total lack of customer care. So much for that GREAT Adams customer service.

Yes, somekind of info on this would be nice. ( and info on secure log in ) I understand that the numbers of Candian customers pale in comparison to US but, come on. I wonder what the response would be like if the US customers where left in the dark like this. ( knowing you're second class is one thing being treated that way is another )

I hope this fixed fast. After a long winter I was looking foward to detailing my truck this weekend. I won't buy from a site with malware warnings on any device. Worst part, I live in Winnipeg ( same location as CA. dist. ) and can't physically pick up any more. .....I truly hope the redirect is not permanent. The Canadian site is subpar at best on all levels and would probably have to look at other products if my choice of where I want to spend my money is taken away. ......FYI, just found out the .ca is infected with a Ramnit virus. Be careful

Thanks Dan, Mistakes happen , but great customer service like this is rare! I guess I should have sent this to customer service at the same time as the other issue....sorry. ....I see it must getting corrected as the 12 pack kit no longer comes up in "search"

Hello, I recently ordered a 12 Pack Kit. The image for the kit shows a bottle of hand cleaner with it. On my invoice, the hand cleaner is not on the list for contents of the 12 pack nor was it included in my order. I see the cleaner is no longer available ( at least not that I can see) , and to be honest , I was not really interested in it all that much. All the above being said, maybe updating the image might be something to look at, just in case there is someone who really wants it. ( I don't know if this question has come up before, and my apologies if it has been addressed already)
