  1. Hey There - So a quick question as I'm a bit confused....new vehicle purchase, just washed and clayed the car. Torn on if I need to: Use both the Correcting polish followed by the Finishing Polish and lastly, application of the Liquid Paint Sealant or If I should skip the correcting polish entirely given that the vehicle is swirl free and just use Finishing Polish followed by Liquid Paint Sealant. I'm in Texas if that helps so I was avoiding the wax and was going to use LPS instead. Thoughts/Comments? Thanks
  2. Hey All - So I recently purchased a black 2006 MDX, fairly certain this vehicle didn't receive a whole lot of love on the exterior even though the interior is immaculate. Luckily, no clear coat peeling so I am trying to preserve it while I can. The hood, side mirrors, windshield and front bumper all have these little white dots everywhere - hand washing and the adams clay didn't remove them - a fingernail will however remove these white dots and the paint is fine underneath. The rest of the vehicle - roof, doors, rear hatch etc - all cleaned up very nicely after correcting polish, finishing polish and sealant were applied. I didn't wan't to apply those products on the panels in question until I determine how to remove whatever this mess is on the hood windshield and mirrors. Here's an example image: A buddy suggested rubbing compound and several pounds of pressure to remove them - haven't tried that yet. Thanks!
  3. Hi All - About to use several Adam's products again for a second vehicle - was curious what the best way to maintain the wash pad: http://adamspolishes.com/shop/specials/best-sellers/adam-s-10-car-wash-pad.html and also the micro fiber towels? Can they simply be thrown in the washer and dryer (without fabric softener) and use something like All? Any suggestions? Thanks
  4. One other question that comes to mind... I used the clay bar, 2 step polish and did the sealant...car is looking tip top. I haven't used the H2O G&G but will once it rains or the car needs a quick wash. Aside from that though, how often should I polish and re-seal? Or, is the answer now that it's been sealed all I need to do is stay on top of using H2O G&G and that will suffice? thanks =)
  5. Thanks everyone - time to place an order....now I know where to start.
  6. Hello All, I recently purchased a brand new car that dark in color (graphite metallic) and want to preserve the paint and make it look as great as it can possibly be. I'm in Texas and the sun can be pretty brutal - my 06 Accord which I recently sold, started to have clear coat failure about 7 years ago and would like to do whatever I can to prevent that on these car. Glancing over the products is a little overwhelming - not quite sure what I need exactly and the order of the process. My main concern is the exterior and thats the products I'm looking to get feedback on if I could. I noticed some repeating advice in other threads but also some contradictions - for my particular application is this a good start Adams Shampoo Clay Bar Buttery Wax Anything else I'm missing perhaps? Thanks
