Hi falcaineer, I think it is a fabric top but I will double. Thank you.

Rich and mc2hill, Thank you. I will check out RaggTopp. Rich, I like  your Corvette. Very nice. Maybe, I will see you at Corvettes of Carlisle? Will you be at the Adams tent?

Thank  you all for the advice, I appreciate it.

Sorry, but you won't see me at ANY Carlisle events ever again.

  3. I use covers too, BUT to avoid scratches, I bought two queen size soft flannel/fleece sheets and sewed them together  short end to short end, and I lay that over my car to protect it from dust, etc while it's in the garage, and it's UNDER my regular cover when the car is stored for winter.  You may  need to use king size depending on the size of your car, but the queen size covers my Vette to past the mirrors to just past mid door.  I live in PA and have an unheated garage as well.  But I've used this method for at least 20 years and it hasn't failed me.  When it gets dusty,  into the washer and dryer then back over the car.

  4. Congratulations Ray !!  Grandkids are the best kind of kids.  We're blessed with two who will be 16 and 13 in Nov. and Dec.  BAD thing is, the one in December is the day after Christmas.  Daughter and granddaughter are in Nov,  grandson and son in law are both in Dec.....so include Christmas in those two months, and I'm pretty much broke come January.  Hey, if you're like me, you'll spend your last penny to make them smile.  Best thing in the world.

The garage turned out great!  ONE big garage door is the one thing I wish I had.  Having two can be a pain when I'm moving cars around.  Looking forward to seeing pictures of the inside...............and that new baby.  Keeping your son in law in prayer, and please thank him, from this old Veteran, for his service and sacrifice.
