  1. I do this as well. Especially with my microfiber cutting pad.
  2. I love Adams but idk why some people are paying more than retail for any Special Edition DS. I usually buy them when they release to actually use them. To each their own I guess. I will happily view the chaos from the sideline.
  3. I read on a group that it smells like raspberry but that is all the information that was put out regarding it. No reviews yet.
  4. I may have three of those Everest towels that I use. I was just curious as to why they came off the site.
  5. Did anyone else notice that the triple soft towels are no longer on sale? I went to look at the description to verify the GSM count but I couldn't find it on the page nor did it pop up on the search box. I even took it a step further and checked on the Microfiber Bundle and nothing. They just vanished. Something new coming for Black Friday?
  6. Someone got it on the Amazon MBs if I'm not mistaken. I saw it on the Mystery Box Thread. They haven't commented on it though.
  7. I had one of my buddies put a box on the roof of my car and he slid it off and it created scratches similar to the first and third pics. I managed to get the majority of the scuff marks out with some HCC and CP. The only thing left were some deep scratches that are barely visible to most.
  8. Bump! Packing my stuff for my move back to the states! My packout is early Nov. Lets get these items traded! I have a stateside address for those who are concerned about shipping prices.
  9. Today I added up all of my orders that I have placed since I found out about Adams. Since March 2017 I have spent $2,345.82.
  10. Im not a professional but I had this same issue with my 93 RX7 and I was not able to polish it out. The surface was silky smooth after a few passes and there was no scratches on the surface but it still looked like this. Im pretty sure the issue is the paint under the clear coat.
  11. Does the Americana need to be new? I've used mine once and I have a new bottle of BG.
  12. not really we have a USPS on base so its not too bad. I can check and give you a better answer.
  13. You came to the right spot! Welcome to the addiction! What part of NC are you from? And what type of Mazda?
  14. What would you like for the Untamed DS? Edit: I obviously cant read sorry. lol
  15. I finally hit my 50 post mark and just in time! Went through my arsenal and I have extras of the following products. I have up for trade H20 GG(4), Buttery Wax (4), VRT (1), Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner (1), Waterless Wash (1) w/ brand new Waffle Towels (2), 3.5 gal buckets with standard logo and grit guards (3) and one 5 gal bucket with the Mystery Bucket sticker up for trade. Would like to get my hands on some Metal Polish, wheel brushes, strip wash, clay mit, polishing pads (4" or 5.5"). I am also open to other trades so send your inquiries my way!
  16. Looks like I need to invest in some metal polish. I have aluminum lips on my Work VSKF and I used revive hand polish to polish the lips. It seemed to work pretty well in comparison to how it looked but I'm sure the Metal Polish will really make the lips pop!
  17. Your car looks awesome Billy! I had the same issue with my black RX7 when I first did the paint correction on it. I felt like I made a lot of mistakes but I learned a lot from the forum/videos and I was able to hone my skills a bit and when I did my buddies FD I was able to have a better finished product.
  18. I just used it on my black RX7 and it made it look WET! I think it was a combination of the Ceramic Paste Wax and Ceramic boost but I am almost willing to bet my bottom dollar that the Boost is what made it pop even more. Not to mention it helped break down any excessive wax that I wasn't able to buff off with elbow grease.
  19. I've seen videos of waterless wash being used on the stream setting on bug guts prior to wiping it with the waterless wash towel but I'm sure it could be used as a primer before a normal wash. If I'm not mistaken rinseless wash can also be diluted and be used as a waterless wash. The ratio is 2oz to 32oz distilled water if my memory serves me right.
  20. Welcome to the forum! I started my addiction with a Swirl Killer and I basically built my kit based off the type of work I needed done and the budget I had. I was very particular of the things I wanted to try and I messed around with different carts and compared them. The videos on the website really helped me decide on what I needed for my car to get it to the condition I would be happy with. I started with a 15mm, a stack of microfibers, detail spray, visco clay, and the 3 polishes with the respective pads. It was a pretty penny but definitely worth the investment. I am also fairly new to detailing and I was able to achieve my shine goal with the help of the videos and the forum.
  21. Welcome to the addiction!
