  1. Guys, I'm a huge fan of Guard & Gloss, but now I'm wondering, has anyone done a comparison of G&G vs the Ceramic Boost 2.0 as a stand alone coating? Better results, longevity etc.? If anyone's done their vehicle half & half, I'd love to know the results! Thanks!
  2. Hey, guys, I'm new to Adam's. What's the best overall protectant for weatherstripping? I've found that VRT seems to be better on rubber, like tires, than hard plastics. I treated my tires and exterior plastics with VRT recently and noticed running from the hard plastics after a rain. In all fairness, though, it's very humid where I am and there was a lot of off and on raining in the days after application. Treatment on the tires seemed to hold up much better, so maybe it would work for weatherstripping, but I don't think VRT is the way to go for die-hard protection (won't last long enough). I'm thinking about going with GM's recommended Dielectric Silicone or the Weatherstripping Lubricant. The silicone isn't too expensive, but the Weatherstripping Lubricant, on Amazon, even, is $75 an ounce!! Any thoughts appreciated. Jason
  3. Has anyone ever tried the Trim Coating on tires? VRT doesn't last long enough...
  4. Hey, guys, I'm new to all of this and I've got a few questions about sealing the paint on my 2017 Camaro (Nightfall Metallic Gray). For one, I've read that it's best to only do one thin layer, not two or more; is this factual? Also, I'm new to Adam's products and I've recently become a huge fan of the H2O Guard & Gloss - honestly, I'm astonished by the results from something so easy and quick. If there's G&G on the finish when I get ready to seal the paint, will it be necessary to do a strip wash as well as using the clay bar? Or will a thorough wash and clay suffice (speaking of which, will using Detail Spray while claying mean it will need to be washed again before sealing)? Next, I want to get the maximum longevity out of the Paint Sealant; is there any value in letting it cure for an extended period of time, in a garage, say, before exposing it to the elements? And, finally, once it's sealed, what's the best product to use (wax or otherwise) to maintain the sealant/finish? Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer all these questions. Jason
  5. Okay. Thanks for the info, guys.
  6. Hey, guys, So, we know that VRT has an SPF of 35, but does anyone know what is the SPF of the Interior Detailer? I can't seem to find this information anywhere; also, has anyone ever tried the VRT on their interior, like the dashboard? Any info appreciated.
