Look for a tool rental place near you and they should have scaffolding for rent. Then you would just work your way down the roof. That is how I would attempt it.

+1. Not sure about how tall you are or how much of a reach you have, but most benches are relatively short and ladders can be cumbersome. That's a pretty tall vehicle and you don't want to be hampered by your ability to reach all areas. Good luck, and let us know what you choose to use...

Set between two of the 20'sh foot ladders this will let you get to all the areas.  Plan on doing about 2 feet a time for the length of the vehicle and go all the way across.  It is a slow process and is easier to move the vehicle than to move the ladders and scaffold.   You need to pick the right brand and length of the scaffold to ensure your vehicle can go between the ladders.  Laying down on the scaffold does make the process easier, but there is nothing that makes it comfortable.

I found that having the ladder closest to the vehicle in a more verticle stance made the setting more stable and more room along side the vehicle.

Still waiting and hoping. Sure would be nice not to have to take my cannon off the wall mount anymore. Would love to join two hoses together

I followed up with product development, and they are working on it, but not 100% sure if this will come into production though. That's all I have to update right now.

Just a quick update: I spoke to Phil and he's going to talk to our manufacturer to see if they would manufacture a coupler for us!

I guess making something work is a option. I’d just like it if I could say remove the flat nozzle off the end of the hose then install another small extension hose then put the nozzle back on. You get what I’m saying? If there was a easy coupler I could slap the hose on and off when needed and not have to store it on the hose hanger that is made of the blaster mount. I’m like 10ft short of what I need so I guess if not a coupler a 40ft hose option would be nice as well.

Just wondering if Adam's has ever thought of making a coupler to put two of the air cannon hoses together? I have 3 air cannons mounted to the wall and I  don't really like taking them down but Im always just a tad short on the hose and could just make it to where I wanted to be with just a little bit more hose. If there was a coupler that we could join two hoses together so I could add a 16ft hose to the 30ft hose it would be great! Adding tow 30ft hoses together would be cool as well.

@NuNu Here's a method to couple two vacuum or blower hoses, keeping in mind that with an extended length the airflow will be reduced as Dan point out.

Get a PCV straight connector that your hose will fit on the outside of.  Make sure the size is as close as possible and if needed you can use some warmth to get the hose to expand or stretch a tiny amount, but don't force it as they will will tear or split.    As for getting it airtight, use plastic hose clamps as the metal ones will cut into the hose and eventually cause it to rip (no need to ask me how I know).

As an added sealant you can run a bead of bathtub calk where the two hoses butt against each other and you should be set for multiple years.

Hi Jonathan! That's a cool idea for sure that I can pass along; however there could be some drop in airflow adding more length to the hose, and we would need to make sure any coupler is 100% sealed as well.

I'll bring it up to the product development team as a recommendation, thanks!

Riots and protests do not affect our processing speed, but we did receive a very large amount of orders for the Buy a Gallon Get a 16oz Free and Memorial Day Promotions.

Shipping times are longer than normal once the orders leave our facility though, as all of the major shippers have new policies and guidelines to follow for Covid-19, and online purchases have been very high in all shopping categories. One post I read on our facebook community from a mail person said they have been running at Thanksgiving and Holiday season pace for the last 2 months straight, and they can't hire many people because they don't have time to train them or practice social distancing to train them in a delivery vehicle.

You can coat those - clean thoroughly, then use Ceramic Spray Coating.

As Chris noted, the PS and HGG on White is also my preference, then ceramic on everything else.    As for the polishing, even if you can't see anything, going over the vehicle with what was previously called Revive Hand Polish will help with the shine, if nothing else it acts as a cleaner.

Just chalk this up to a learning opportunity, we've all had them and will have more in the future and that is what this forum is all about - opportunities to learn.

Something I always say and teach, true shine comes from proper paint correction. The rest is enhancement and protection.

I've also said this on here many times... people are probably tired of reading it, but I have yet to find a better combo on white than Paint Sealant and HGG. To my eyes, it just pops, plain and simple. And I've coated and Ceramic Paste Waxed mine, too. Still prefer PS and HGG.

Agreed with others above. Too many layers of too many products, or even of the same one, can adversely affect the visual clarity and finished look.  Also, since you clayed, and did so twice, you likely added some level of marring to the finish, decreasing the ability even more for the paint to really shine. Just something to consider next time.

Don't worry, it still looks great! We all have our preferences, and there's no single way to do things. Sometimes it's simply doing different things until you find what you like best.

So I washed the wife's car on Mother's day and it sat outside for a week. It was supposed to rain the weekend after so I decided to run outside and try the CS3and see how It does. Disclaimer, the wife's car has no protection on it. It hardly get washed.  I left 1 door untreated to see if I could see a difference. Before it rained I could feel a difference and see a difference. Well it rained today. First pic is the door not treated. 2nd pic is treated. It is an amazing product considering all the beading you see is all because of CS3. Before it didn't bead AT ALL. Last pic is glass sealant. Love that also

I know I have tried to become a stocking dealer. I own a independent auto parts store in N.C. (yes there is still a few in America) thought my chances would have been good since I’m a “little guy” but Adam’s said it was a No Go they weren’t looking dealers at this time. I order my stuff online but being around a Military Base these guys around here “want it now” and ride a hour and a half to a new Chemical Guys showroom they opened in Raleigh. I went once or twice myself and tried some stuff but ........nah I’m good, I’ll just order my products online from Adam’s I guess

@AdamThanks for the excellent products, the great forum community, and for the opportunity to have helped beta test some of the new offerings.  I am a few weeks shy of my 10 year anniversary here on AF, and I have learned too much, and have tried to pass that knowledge along to newer members.  And thanks for taking my phone calls even when you were on Vaca with the Mrs.!
