Thank you Falcaineer, yes I am new to the forum so please excuse my post. I did not mean to offend anyone or besmirch Adams reputation. I was just hoping for some help. As I stated I purchased the standard foam gun last Summer. I thought I might have lost an o ring or something while cleaning the gun before storing it away. I love Adams products and the results I’ve gotten. I have purchased the matte detailed, exterior and interior detailed, deep wheelcleener and buttery wax, all through Amazon. I was impressed how shortly after ordering received emails from Adams reps. thanking me for my purchases, if my order was received and if they could be of assistance. Again I meant no rant and will follow your advice and call customer service but I felt too much time had lapsed and thought someone on the forum might shed some light why it was squirting from the top.
