  1. Thanks for the input! Before I looked into Adam's Polishes I was actually considering Rinseless or Waterless washing since its more convenient for me but does that introduce swirls more easily? Since you arent using a pressure washer to blast away the dirt and debris and no foam to remove the remnants? Or is this just a misconception XD
  2. Hey everyone, I'm about to take delivery of my own mustang gt but have no experience in washing / detailing cars. My family owns a few bmw's and a toyota and they always take them to nearby car wash shops which dont seem too professional since all our cars have swirls all over them. This is why I plan on doing it myself since this is also my first car. I've already seen all the products here and know their purpose and also watched several videos regarding washing / detailing however I still have a few questions since everyone does things differently. For example, some videos I see people wash the car first then move onto wheels, some do it the other way around. I understand that there might not be a definitive 'best' method and it might be based on where you wash your car and stuff like that. Here's a list of what I might be starting with; complete 2 bucket wash kit sidekick blaster wheel and tire brush kit car shampoo detail spray all purpose cleaner wheel cleaner tire and rubber cleaner h2o guard and gloss glass cleaner glass sealant glass boost I have an electric powered pressure washer with foam bottle already. There are other things like tire shine, iron remover, undercarriage spray that I dont think I will need just yet. I might get into that later on but for now I think this might be enough for me. Now my question is where would I start with this? I'm in Taiwan btw so we dont have big front yards with lots of space outside our garage in fact I'll probably be washing my car outside my company when we close but thats going to be out under the sun at about 4 in the afternoon. Also most of the items listed above seem to come with plenty of microfiber towels so I'll probably end up with like 10 towels so if you guys could let me know whether I could reuse the same towel for certain steps or if certain steps require a new towel for itself that would help too. I chose the glass cleaner, sealant, boost because the environment here seems to cause streaks on the windshield often so I can apply it to our other cars as well. I dont know if hard water and the acidity in rain have anything to do with it but thats also a problem we have here. Thanks, Paul
