I've done boats before with the last generation of pads and compounds and had no issues but I'm having big problems with the new ones. I did the bottom portion of the boat I'm working on with the last generation of pads that I had left and it came out great but using the new pads on the top half is frustrating. It's like the new polish is way more dry and less oily than the previous Finishing Polish so it still has a haze and even leaves more of a haze than the Compound. I'm not sure what to do at this point but I'm not too happy about these new pads and I think I will use my old ones for now to finish this boat up.
