I echo some of the thoughts on here. The best thing for you to do is to reach out to the insurance carrier to discuss the concerns. If they are like the companies I work for, they have teams who address concerns such as you have described. I had an issue when my TBSS went in and I had the shop repaint the area twice and it's still crap. Finally the insurance company said, just take it to the dealer of your choice and we will pay for it to be fixed correctly. Subsequently the original shop had to pay for the new shop to do the repairs correctly. The good thing about this being in their approved list is that you have an advocate on your side (even if it's not your insurance carrier) because they have a guarantee on the work. If you had this situation happen and it was not on their approved lists, you would have to fight the battle yourself. I am sorry that you are having to go through this but hopefully it will all work out in the end.

Got egged over the weekend.

I'm sorry to hear about this. I am with Mook, I would be too angry to think straight. -
I hardly used my birthday code. Maybe like 2 times in the last 5 years. However, Adam gives so much to me already, I didn't feel inclined to use it each year.

I'm late in the game but welcome to the forum. Joseph is a great guy to work with - he's helped me out to send a secret package to a friend in Australia. I am so sorry to hear about your accident. I investigate accidents for insurance carrier here in the states and it grinds my gears (as matt says) when people have no insurance. I hope everything works out for you! Can't wait to see pictures!

Leather and Interior Conditioner
StormChaser replied to jstephen's question in Interior Cleaning & Care
Rich, I should do the same for my TBSS since she is no longer my daily driver. I drive her maybe 2 times a month. How long do you smell your hands afterwards??? I suspect that I would not be able to stop smelling the hands if I didn't use an applicator or glove. :) -
Very nice shots!!!! I haven't had any good pics of my SS taken in a while. I hope to change that soon.

I have been a property/casualty adjuster since the late 90's. I worked 15 years with GEICO and have moved on and now work for USAA (which I LOVE). I investigate/evaluate injury claims.
-
Jim is right about that possibly being covered under comprehensive coverage. It varies from state to state and it's not covered in all states or by all companies in the same state.

This is very interesting because the way I understood it from other members here is that it covers shoddy work. Interestingly enough I am in the insurance business but for personal autos only. I have never worked in the business side of the coverage. I think that even with the client's vehicles that yall detail it would be beneficial to have just in case something happens to the vehicle (accident only) while in your possession.
