A guy named Aaron Pfadt took me and my Z06 out on the track at Miller Motorsports park in Utah. Suddenly my life turned into a quest to DO everything a Corvette was capable of... but with that comes some hard damage... road rash... scrapes... and other nasties. "Racing ain't about pretty".

Here's my VERY first Corvette. I washed and detailed that car 200 nights a year.

OUCH! No, I can't say that i have, bro. And that wreck looks nasty! After 16 road racing courses, 4 drag strips across 28 states in just the last 12 months, I have not hit another car... and neither has my race-star girlfriend! So, the cage hasn't been tested. But, in 2009 both Becky and I will be on the same track, in different Corvettes... hope we always bring them home in one piece! Would suck to wreck both of them at once. hahahahaha I'd be a big -->

Yep! I was thinking the same thing.

What process takes this off? It's melted plastic fender liner, mixed with melted Toyo tire rubber, mixed with aspault and rocks? It's hardened on the paint like bedliner and it feels like bedliner too. If I hit it with a hammer, it won't chip.

Adam your new forum looks positively awesome! You and your staff did a great job on it. Very trick. Anyway, I'm Patrick from DigitalCorvettes.com ... and my whole world is, well... Corvettes. I'm not the typical Corvette owner, which makes me even an oddball amongst most of the Corvette folks who hang out on my site. It may look I don't treat my Vettes really well, because it's true, but I love them more than anyone. I race them relentlessly, crash them into each other, I wipeout... at highspeeds, i have more rock chips now than paint. And, when I'm done, my GF Becky takes the keys and mercilously romps them too. Man, I suck.
