  1. I'm sorry to report that i have not tried the "new stuff". Being a poor public servant I'll have to wait til the gal of the "old stuff" is gone before I get to try the new. I am trying hard though to use up that old gal - 2 personal cars, 1 truck and a patrol cruser. Have a happy 4th everyone - I get the swing shift, it should be exciting.
  2. I've been going to add my two cents worth for about a month now but somehow just never got around to it til today so here goes - while out on night patrol about a month ago (that's right, they still let this old man out on patrol in a sheriff's cruser) the 16oz bottle of ADAMS GLASS CLEANER had a miss hap! About half way through my shift I pulled over to clean the bugs off the front glass and the sprayer decided to self distruct right there in my hand with parts flying all over. I started to look for the parts but got a call so I never did find them all. The next afternoon I called ADAM'S & a new sprayer was on my door step in two days. That's what I call service & that's why I use ADAM'S CAR CARE PRODUCTS!!! Sad to say but customer service in these United States seems to almost be a thing of the past. The one bright exception being ADAM'S - Thanks to Adam and his team. B-T-W, I keep a full bottle of ADAM'S GLASS CLEANER in my carry bag all the time - it does a fantastic job!!!!!!
  3. HEY THERE BUCK-A-ROO :2thumbs:, I"ll start off by offering a few pics of my rides. How many ya'll want??? But I can't send if i don't have an address - send mailing address and I'll send photos. Or if you can print off your pooter I could e-mail some pics. Only problem with that - I couldn't do the autograph thing of my autos that way. Soooo, the best of the best would be to send me your mailing address.
  4. I have never thought of a steamer as a cleaner for my rag tops. Adam, I assume I would just draw (gently pull) the wand across the fabric? Would I then use Raggtopp cleaner & sealer? I have used ADAMS car wash (with one of the Raggtopp brushes) and then Raggtop sealer. I have never used the ADAMS carpet cleaner thinking it might take to much rubbing. Anymore advice???
  5. Retired now but I spent 30 yrs behind bars - the one difference between me and the bad guys, I did my 30 yrs, 8 hrs at a time, got to go home at night and sleep in my own bed! In those 30 yrs, I saw some really really bad guys. The only problem, not all the really really bad guys are behind bars. Some, in fact more are walking the streets than behind bars. Be on the lookout and never let your guard down. They will do bad things to you and yours without even thinking - thats what they do. Never but never give up your right to keep a gun and be sure you know how to use it!!! :patriot::patriot::patriot:
  6. THANKS FOR THE PHOTOS!!! ENJOY YOUR STATESIDE DUTY AND BE SAFE WHEN YOU GO BACK IN HARMS WAY. WE'RE ALL PROUD OF YOU GUYS AND WHAT YOU'VE DONE FOR US AND WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR US IN THE FUTURE!!! THANKS :patriot::patriot:
  7. Welcome to the forum and enjoy that new CORVETTE. I STARTED MY NEW VETTE with ADAM'S from day one and it looks as good today as it did in 07. You can't do better than ADAM'S and you can't get better advise than this form. :2thumbs:
  8. May GOD bless and keep your son (and all our troops) safe from harms way. The next time you write or talk to your son please thank him from ME for his service to our nation and keeping ME and all others safe and sound here in the USA. I will remember him in my prayers every day til July. If possible, please post a photo of him when he returns. In fact I think it would be great if we could add a special forum for our service guys and girls here at ADAM's just to show our support. And last but not least, I shall remember you too in my daily prayers during this long long wait for your boy to return home. GOD BLESS THE USA :patriot::patriot: :patriot::patriot::patriot:
  9. MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU ADAM FOR STICKING TO YOUR GUNS ON SELLING ONLY USA. :patriot::patriot: I'LL USE ONE OF YOUR SHIPPING BOXES TIL THE NEW DETAIL BAGS GET HERE. :patriot::patriot:
  10. This old guy has been to 150 mph then chickened out. Not only do the things along side the road go by very quick but it takes alot of driving. Reaction time is short and over correction is not a good thing. Only one thing has to go wrong at high speeds to make an otherwise good day go really bad, no matter what kind of car one drives. The last time I was at 120 mph I just happened to see a deer jump over a fence and cross the road less than a tenth of a second behind me. I showed down very quickly after that, remembering the old saying, "where's there's one deer, there's always another or two". I doubt that even Adam's could make the car doing 120 mph that hits a deer look good again but then . . . . :willy::willy:
  11. JUST AFTER I STARTED LOOKING FOR MY C6 CORVETTE I JOINED A CORVETTE FORUM. MOST THERE WERE PUSHING ADAM'S. I LIKED THE IDEA OF THE MONEY BACK 110% IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE PRODUCTS, PLACED AN ORDER AND GOT HOOKED WITH THE FIRST BOTTLE OF DS.
  12. :patriot: THANKS FOR YOUR POST ADAM :patriot:
  13. Morning ya'll. So happy to learn the sun is still shinning some place. Here in the pacific northwest we are under gray skies with snow flurries and a temp of 32 with a wind chill down around 25. You know, just a normal Feb day for here, I think I'll go for a ride this afternoon!!!
