  2. Oh hey lol, no sorry no time for pics I had a deadline to be done by 11 so I had no time to waste. I gotta say though, im really impressed with the flex. IMO its much more ergonomically better designed than the PC. I used the fine metal polish along with an uber green pad and two passes and I got great results. I did try the swirl and haze remover but i dont know maybe it is just in my head or its because im using new pads from a different company but I was getting better results with the FMP than the SHR. Finished it up with some MSW and some wax and man the depth of paint was crazy. There was this water spot however I could not get it out for the life of me, I tried the FMP 3 passes no results, tried the shr with an orange pad at a speed setting at 6 no results it was still there. I took out my menzerna super intensive polish, got a different pad and that sucker did not want to get out. I have a yellow 4inch pad that I wanted to try, but I couldn't find the backing plate to fit onto the drill. I should've taken pictures of it man it was pissing me off. At the end, im happy with my purchase of the Flex, once I got the hang of it, it was just as easy to use as the PC actually even easier IMO. Now im ordering new adams pads, and detailing my car by the end of the month. Since I am not rushed into finishing my car ill be more in depth and make a proper review of the flex.
  3. okay guys car has been washed, interior has been cleaned and the engine bay, wheels cleaned, clay bar complete. Now time for the flex. Im going in!!
  4. okay, got it, use more arm muscle...keep pad flat...constant motion....careful near edges..
  5. awesome, can't wait till friday. I may even do a side by side comparison with the flex and pc if i have time.
  6. Hey everyone, Got in contact that wants to get their car detailed this friday, I just bought the flex. I was just wondering in tips you more experienced flex users might have on it's proper use and techniques. I've watched the new volume 7 of the Adam's video and saw the use of the Flex. I've been using the PC for about a year now, and did a couple full car details, so I would say I am experienced with the PC. I have new pads, and will be using the Swirl and haze remover. The car is basically new it is a 2010 so I am sure I will have no need for the severe swirl and haze remover. I know the flex is a forced random orbital, how would you compare it's "safeness on paint" to the PC? Thank You.
  7. I'd take a viper over a corvette in a heartbeat! I remember coming home on the parkway and I see these 2 bright xenon lights come out of nowhere, next thing I know the car just passes me going crazy fast. The sound that thing made was h*** s*** that viper sounded like a beast.
