My "detailing" area:

I use my Griot's Garage 6" buffer to apply Americana every time I wax my car. I use a spatula to apply the wax. I get a much thinner coat of wax using the machine. It is then very easy to remove the wax.

I was actually amazed how well it worked and how easy it was to dry the van.

I got my new Metro Air Force Master Blaster last week and finally had a chance to use it. I dried my Grand Caravan in just a few minutes and it was amazing how well it dried. All the cracks and crevices were dried and there was no water streaks after I was finished.

Where exactly is "under the tower" in Branson?

I think I probably had my first successful detail sometime in 1968. Those were days when we used Simoniz Wax, Car Shin Was and silicon spray on the tires. We didn't have as many detailing products but we used what we had.

I've been shaving with a razor my whole adult life. I never did like electric razors but then I haven't tried an electric in probably 40 years. Maybe they have changed and work better now, but I am perfectly happy with the old fashioned razor.

That really brings back some memories. I had a 914 back in 1970. I should have kept that car and never gotten rid of it.

I use my Master Blaster Sidekick to blow water out of my hose any time I use the hose during the winter. Before I had my Sidekick, I used my air compressor to blow out the hose. The Sidekick just does the job much more quickly.
