Technically I could turn the griots into the mini-mini polisher with 1” etc pads. Does the SK mini work better than the GG3 though? It would be a good idea getting just the 15 and spending the extra on pads as the pads for my flex aren’t optimal for the SK
-
So I currently have a Griots 3” and was maybe looking at getting the SK duo. Sell me on why I should get the SK mini versus just getting the 15. Do the SK’s need a washer mod?

Order Processing

I'm late on this, but this is BS. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this answer is unacceptable. If it's an issue with the order system, spend less time with new stickers and more time finding a better system. On a picking cart is much different than wrapped on a pallet in the bottom layer. -
Sidekick? Do I pull the trigger?

Now that I got rid of it I agree! When I bought my MB I thought I'd have no use anymore for the sidekick -

I had a sidekick, then picked up a MB and sold the sidekick. I've been thinking of picking up another sidekick just because sometimes it's easier having a smaller blower than dragging the MB hose all around the garage. -

Adam's new video 17th Anniversary

I like that Adams has that small company feel, and it's a reason I don't mind supporting them. Are they perfect, no, but no company is. I like this video because on other forums whenever Adams is mentioned people always say it's just rebottled CG. -
Which would be awesome! You guys have something with the seasonal DS scents. Nobody else does it that I know of, and it's just kind of something fun. I hope you guys do the apple again this year!

Has anybody closer to the warehouse received theirs yet? I'm curious on thoughts about the scent

Wheel cleaner stained rotors
2quikta replied to DIZZYDEVIL's question in Wheels, Tires, Trim, & Undercarriage
Normal and fine. The rotors will clean themselves with use. The only way to retain clean rotors while washing wheels is to take the wheel off to clean. -
Anybody that bought 10 bottles have an extra? Whatcha got, whatcha need?

I believe I've heard MB black to be fairly hard. Might have been just fine to use the heavy on its own.

The car wouldn't smell, just the wax and your garage while applying. I just found it odd the waxes didn't have delightful smells like the rest of the line.
-
I was just thinking the other day that for all the wonderful smells that Adams gives their products, none of the paste waxes really have a defining scent. Sure, they're not odorless, but it kind of surprises me they don't smell fantastic! I have other waxes that straight up smell like candy, which I'd be lieing if I said I didn't open periodically to just take a sniff.

I would think you'd want to skip coating the lens. How would you get it off if there was a defect? -

It finally happened! Clearcoat strike through!
2quikta replied to hemi1300's question in Paint Correction & Polishing
I thought it was next to impossible to burn through with a DA. On such a new car on a spot that isn't on a body line/etc. I would believe this is something else. At any point that you would be pushing the polisher down with enough pressure, they would have stopped spinning/cutting.
