Lake Country has never offered you a refund plus 10% either, now have they?

Lake Country replaced two of my orange pads, but I had to pay to ship the bad ones to them before I got the replacement pads. So in effect my replacement pads cost me $6 (UPS charge.) :confused: Oh, and there was no mention of any refund.

 

Yet another reason Adam's gets all my detailing money.:thumbsup:
