Hahaha...I had just edited the first post with today's special.

This original thread was started way back on March 1, 2012.

Ceramic Coating Kit is today's daily special...$124.99 (vs. $159.99), plus 15% off with SHINE15 = $106.24. Such a deal!

Absolutely, I saw that one this morning and thought whoa that's a great price and a discount too! Usually enough to coat at least 2 sedans with one kit as well!

I just placed an order for one over the phone with a nice gentleman about an hour ago! Grab it fast:

Just curious, I don't see "Adam's Daily Special", has it gone away? Has something else replaced it?

Great catch! I completely forgot about that!

One of the things that I look for on the specials is the Gallon refill kits.  It is an inexpensive way to get an extra 16 oz bottle for your travel kit, an applicator and/or add to your microfiber collection.

Great idea.

But I only have 2 cars so a gallon would last forever. I saw the thread the other day about typical product is 2 year shelf life. That and between the shed and the garage it is typically 90+ so I have to watch that as well.

I'll stick to the bottles for now. I have a gallon of Car Shampoo. I now have a Mystery Trunk Organizer that had a few items and I ordered 2 Mystery Boxes that arrive tomorrow. I'll see what I have and order what I need.

But if you use more than 3 16oz bottles in 2 years its like getting another 5 16 oz free! Almost same price..at least in my mind it is😉

I see we have more that we can teach you about Adam's products, they aren't just for cars.   Here are a few examples:

Brilliant Glaze will clean a mirror and reduce the fogging

Brilliant Glaze will leave your stainless steel appliances looking sharp and you can touch them up with Detail Spray

Glass Cleaner on windows is so much better than than the blue stuff you get in wally world

If you are going to wash anything with vinyl, aluminum or fiberglass, Adam's Shampoo works like a charm

Have anything that needs to be cleaned but you don't want it to get wet, Waterless Wash is the answer

APC will clean stains in your sink and work on any product

Wax on the shower walls or better yet, Ceramic Spray Coating will keep them soap free, just don't do the floor

Glass Sealant on the Show Door

Ceramic Boost on your Shovel and underside of the lawnmower to keep the grass from sticking

The list goes on and on about alternate uses for Adam's products.

Good list @RayS!

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner is good for furniture and clothing

Detail Spray is great on anything. I like it for screens like the TV, computer, phone, etc.

I’ve seen people love to use ceramic wax on phones and tablets and that helps with the fingerprints

I would have NEVER guessed any of this.

Okay, maybe I'll rethink the gallon jugs!

I want to see what I get in the Mystery Boxes tomorrow before buying anything else.

Even more good ideas.

Most thin liquids will be OK in the garage for 2 years or so (cleaners, shampoo, VRT, etc.) without issue.  But I recommend keeping your polishes, waxes, and sealants in the A/C to keep them from separating in our 6 months of summer.

Hmmm, gonna have to figure that one out. No real place to store under A/C. Maybe I could use my new Trunk Organizer and put any of that type in there and store it in my closet. The wife never goes in there.

Thanks for the info.

I have the polishes in a Sterilite latching tote (18 gal, I think) that is tall enough to for the bottles to stand, with some room on the top for applicators.  My wife is not too pleased that this is in the house, but it is better than replacing them all once a year.

Here's an article on shelf life... As @mc2hill said, temps are important. I keep my chemicals in the mech room, and towels, brushes, etc. in the garage.

Cool, thanks. Haven't seen any updates this week, so I was wondering if I had the correct one.
