Hello Again!

This Boxster S came to me in what was supposed to be a few hours time longer, however, there was some mechanical issues needing fixed that day, and with the client living 2 1/2 hours from the Studio, it felt like every second I spent on this car was fleeting!  Wow, that probably should have been two sentences!    With this puppy being entered in a show very soon, it was up to me to get it more than ready, considering the show was some distance away, and the car would be driven there.

The Products and Process:

·         Wheel Wells,Tires, and Step Bars cleaned with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner and the Adam's 20" Fender Brush.

·         Wheels cleaned with Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner, Adam's Boulder Blonde Boar's Hair Wheel Brush, and Adam's Turbostick.

·         Engine Bay cleaned with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner, Adam's Wheel Woolies, and Adam's Boulder Blonde Boar's Hair Wheel Brush.  JUST KIDDING!  I COULDN'T GET TO THE ENGINE

·         Vehicle was dried using Adam's Air Force Master Blaster and Adam's Great White Drying Towel.

·         Tires and Trim were dressed with either Adam's SVRT or Adam's In and Out Spray.

·         Wheel Wells were dressed with Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray.

·         Vehicle was masked with Adam's Professional Detailer's Masking Tape.

·         Door Jambs were cleaned with Adam's Waterless Wash and Adam's Waterless Wash Towels.

·         Interior and trunk(s) were vacuumed with the Adam's Vac'N'Blo Compact Wall Mount.

·         Interior was cleaned with Adam's Leather and Interior Cleaner and Adam's Edgeless Microfiber Utility Towels.

·         Interior was dressed with Adam's Leather and Interior Conditioner and Adam's Premium Interior Dressing Applicators.

·         Carpets and Mats were cleaned with Adam's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner and Adam's Carpet Brush.

·         Interior Glass cleaned with Adam's Glass Cleaner and Adam's Glass Cleaning Microfiber Towels.

·         Decontamination of paint was done using Adam's Detailing Claybar and Adam's Detail Spray as a lubricant.

·         Spots of paint were corrected (swirl marks and water spotting) with the Flex 3401VRG Polisher, Adam's 7" Orange Paint Correcting Pad, and Adam's Paint Correcting Polish.

·         The entirety of the paint was polished with the same polisher, Adam's 7" White Polishing Pad, and Adam's Paint Finishing Polish.

·         The entirety of the paint was protected with two coats of Adam's Quick Sealant using the Adam's Americana Premium Wax and Glaze Applicator.

·         Glass was treated to Adam's Brilliant Glaze via tAdam's Americana Premium Wax and Glaze Applicator.

·         All Polish, Glaze, and Sealant residue removed with an assortment of Adam's SingleSoft and  Adam's DoubleSoft Towels.

Let's move on to some before shots.

Not too hot yet in Colorado, and this little puppy was already splattered with carcasses of bugs past.

I love it!  I have been getting a LOT of Euro metal lately...PERFECT for Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner!

Interior needed a little more attention than I thought...not bad overall.

Paint had some swirl marks, and the exterior plastics and such needed a good cleaning.

With time fleeting, I needed to wrap my photos up quickly!  The lady was leaving as I was taking some outside shots even!

And that's all I had time to grab!  Off she was, like she had a v8!

Thanks!

Wait, you didn't do anything to the headlights? They look to have been somewhat improved from the before shots.

You're killing it on the work and time you're putting into these threads today. And I'm digging it for sure.

Hahaha! Heck I forgot about the swirled out headlights! Just call it part of the game I guess! Thank you SO much for the kind words. I have at least 5 more to go, and thankfully more!

Mook - Outstanding!  I got a good laugh about the engine part. I drive an '03 Boxster S (Dark Teal Metallic), so can relate.  I got into Adam's when I got the Porsche last year.  I just machine polished my wife'd DD with the Flex (my first time doing ANY machine polishing).  I think I am ready to move on to the Porsche.  Any tips on polishing this partuicular make/model? Was that an '03 you worked on - looks identical to mine, but I have different wheels.

Your write-ups are always top-notch.

Thank you!
