0 Chris@Adams
Sounds like you are on the right track, however you can skip the Buttery.........post up pics when done. OmniCamaro, drcornejoe440 and THE Mook

0 mdolandese
After the paint correct you could hit it with a quick isopropyl wipe down, to make sure you have removed all the haze or fine residue of the polish. It's not necessary, but that's what I do.

0 mc2hill
Do you mix it with water or just straight isopropyl? 50/50 with water should be fine. scootertrash19
0 Ricky Bobby
for an IP wipe down you can probably do a 30-40% dilution
0 2quikta
What do you use for the IP wipe down? Are single softs ok to use or is a more general (new blues) better?

0 mc2hill
What do you use for the IP wipe down? Are single softs ok to use or is a more general (new blues) better? Or even a Waterless Wash Towel since you are working with liquids.
0 6inarow
does the paint finish go after the paint correction, before the glaze??? OmniCamaro
0 mc2hill
does the paint finish go after the paint correction, before the glaze??? Yes. PFP is less aggressive than PCP so it is used to 'finish' the paint after using the correcting polish. Think of it like sandpaper - low numbers (PCP) to remove large stuff, big numbers (PFP) to get it "babys butt" smooth. BG has no correcting properties, but can hide small imperfections. 0 THE Mook
IMO If you are applying BG, the IPA wipedown may not be needed. I rarely hit a car with IPA if I am using BG before wax. Yes, eliminate the Buttery step. Americana is a better wax in terms of longevity and look.

Yes, eliminate the Buttery step. Americana is a better wax in terms of longevity and look. Same as Mook said. I've only been using adams Paint correcting polish set since it came out, I've used other products for 3-4 years. I've done about 8 corrections so far using the new stuff and have only used the IPA/Water wiped down two times. IMO its not "required" but I do use it on the panels I work extensively. And to the OP, make sure you tape off plastics and work product thoroughly to "flash". Work slow, check your work, and work some more.

0 OmniCamaro
Does anyone know of a thread that explains each step AND in the correct order? Reason: I just today discovered that the Sealant should be given time to "set up?" Before moving on to the next step. Just did every step to my car and didn't wait at all. I know about the videos and I've watched them all, more than once. For me, when the time comes to actually get dirty I totally forget those things. A quick reference guide/checklist is needed, for me anyway. I thought I saw one before but can't seem to find it

0 Team Adam's
No cure time with LPS, that was the old Machine Super Sealant than needed 12+ hours to cure. Apply, remove, and move on to glaze and/or wax. No need to wait in between steps with the new sealant.
0 Richard Kashinsky
Wash, Clay, Paint Correct, Seal, Glaze, Butter, Americana? or is that way to much wax? Thoughts? I wash, dry, clay, Paint Correcting Polish, Paint Finishing Polish, Brilliant Glaze followed by Buttery Wax, Americana or Patriot Wax. I don't use alcohol on my cars. Period! 0 ramflava
Another question to add is, when the word "seal" is used, is it Paint Sealant, or Quick Seal Spray, or both, or either one?Where would the spray fit in?
0 Beemer
For Adam's system the sealant goes on bare paint. Usually the first step after polishing. You can use either the Liquid Sealant or the Quick Sealant. Team Adam's
