EPHIOS
Right on Darryl, and we may not be carrying these brushes moving forward. Manufacturing problems make for a limited availability. If you can find one through one of our distributors, go for it! This is very true. I had a local detail shop called Gloss-It, here in Las Vegas, and I spoke to the owner. He said that Boar's Hair brushes are becoming rare, due to the extinction of this animal. He also mentioned that maybe in a couple of years, it may be outlawed to use the hair from this animal. Anyways, I still like the Boar's Hair brush to clean the my wheels, rather than nylon bristles. I tried to find the most gentle nylon brush around the city, and could not find one, that as gentle as the Boar's Hair. I have the very same one that Adam was using in Volume 7. wraptoretrux
From what I've been able to gather no boar hair is actually blonde to begin with, its all brown or black in color and is bleached to soften it slightly. So I dont think theres some rare form of blond pig out there thats going extinct. There are plenty of places to find boar/hog hair brushes online from other websites. I have a few I recently purchased that are black and are every bit as soft as the bleached ones I have.
