Adam
Friends, some of you remember when my Dad and I finished building this crazy resto-mod 1962 Vette. It's a nice car, but for a few years now, it's been hibernating! No good, and we are not people to have garage candy. If we don't drive it, someone should! Well, our friends at Barrett Jackson in West Palm Beach were able to get us a prime time slot for it to go across the block, this Saturday. Here is a link to the car, and it will be on the National Geographic channel......maybe! See, coverage only goes to 9PM EST, so the car may be too late! At any rate, my Dad didn't want it in his garage, and we are hoping it turns into the beginning of a college education fund for one of these kids! http://www.barrett-jackson.com/application/onlinesubmission/lotdetails.aspx?ln=439&aid=543 For fun, the person who guesses the closest sale price, will get a $200 Gift Certificate from our store. I'm shaking in my boots, as the car crosses with NO RESERVE! Lot # is 439. Dad and I started this project before kids, marriage, etc..... Okay, I'll guess $85,000 and if I win, I'll have a contest and pay that $200 forward instead of keeping it. CMDChase
