Kwazar Bottle Issues...

I bought a 3 pack of the Kwazar Bottles and I've noticed that the trigger tends to "Lock" after I spray it and let it sit for a minute or two. It's really hard to pull the trigger after it "Locks" but after that it's easy to spray. 

 

Anyone else experiencing this or did I just get 3 bad bottles?

 

I have APC, GWC and DS in the 3 of them.

I've never had that happen to any of mine. Maybe run some distilled water through them incase they're getting clogged?

Read a few other forums that had the same issue. Seems to be a hit or miss problem.

 

Ran some water through the nozzles and it still did it with the distilled water.

I had this issue. Mine was caused by a small slither of plastic flashing on the the round end of the trigger that pivots against the spray assembly. I used a utility knife blade to trim it away and all is great now.

The arrow is pointing to the area I had to trim with a utility knife blade.  The circled area in the other picture is of the other side of the sprayer, which had no issues.  The sprayer works 100% now!

I only notice it on mine which are the smaller ones that I bought a few years ago when I have it on a fine mist.  I can pull past it though.

I had this issue with one of my older bottles and it used to really annoy me. I cut the protrusion off as recommended and the bottle is working flawlessly now.

This fixed it for me I think. I ran into the problem in 3 out of my 4 bottles.
