Dew wipes and other questions?

How do you guys clean your dew wipes? My truck is 3 years old now and I have noticed I am starting to get the fine scratches in the window glass from dirt that is embedded in my dew wipes. Would All Purpose Cleaner cure that?

 

Also, is it ok to put Liquid Paint Sealant on chrome and stainless steel?

i believe Chester is referring to the felt strip that is located within the window track to remove to dew when you roll the window down

I'd say a solid pressure washer rinse would probably blow any dirt out, I usually crack my glass down halfway and "pinch the glass" with my towel and glass cleaner to get the top sides of the glass that are in the felt portion when closed, and I also use some glass cleaner/apc what have you and a towel and wipe the track out when I do that as well.  About twice a year keeps it clean.
