Winter Durability

Black Bowtie

Question

In the next month I will be getting the truck ready for winter. It will be clayed and polished, but what Adams product / products should I apply next to give me 6 months of protection?

The truck gets put through the paces during this time during the hunting season on B maintenance roads, corn and bean fields and the winters we have here in Iowa with the salt, brine and sand on the roads.

I have used Collinite 476/845 before and want to know what will give me the protection for about 6 months till spring arrives.

Thanks for any input.

Rich

Rich, Liquid Paint Sealant is the most durable product we offer, with Quick Sealant a very close second.

I'm in Indiana and I seal our daily drivers up in early October each year and there is still plenty of life left in the protection by the time the weather breaks in the spring.

This was my experience with MSS on my daily-driven truck last winter.  I sealed in October, drove it all winter (garaged at night), and it still beaded water nicely in the spring.

I'm getting ready to open my first bottle of LPS, so I'm happy to hear I can expect similar/better performance from it.
