Sealant & Glaze on Motor

My Motor has a painted surface. Any other suggestions welcome. 

 

1. will it burn off sealant & Glaze?

2. Will the products yellow? 

3. How long will it last with the heat (dependent on answers to 1 & 2)

I would not glaze it, however I would quick seal the heck out of it!  It won't yellow.  As far as how long it lasts, I can't give you an absolute answer, I've used quick sealant on my Shelby and ZO6 engines and it does a great job in helping me wipe off/clean off any dust or dirt, and some oil residue from the external breathers I have off nicely. 

 

I will 'detail' the engine compartment once in a while (every 2-3 months perhaps) and I still find it easy to do so I am sure it will at least last that long.
