Website Not Allowing Me to Complete Purchase

I am attempting to make a purchase on adamspolishes.com and I am receiving a notice that shipping charges cannot be calculated, which in turn will not allow me to move forward with reviewing and completing my purchase.  I am using the SITELAUNCH coupon code for free shipping, and I even went through and updated my addresses thinking there were new fields with the new site.  Are others experiencing this?  Is this a known issue that's being looked into?  What is the expected timing of this issue being resolved?

They are having some issues with the shipping options but it is not happening to everyone.  Last week, when I would go to checkout, I only saw the $9.95 Ground Shipping option.  I just tried checking out to test and I am getting the same thing you are seeing "Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time".

 

I would try again later today or tomorrow as they might be working on it right now, thus the "no quotes" message.  If it does not get resolved, give them a call on Monday.

I've already gone in and updated my addresses to include country, but I'm still getting the same error.

Did you also update the STATE?  My state was in there but it was in a field below the drop down.  I deleted it and then used the drop down to select the state.
