Interior drips from window tint...

AdamEL

Question

Hey, guys. I just had window tint installed on my Camaro SS. There's a bunch of drip marks on my door panels from the lubrication that they used, and my Adam's Total Interior Detailer doesn't affect it at all. How can I remove this? My interior (and exterior) are pretty much flawless, so having these marks on the door panel is driving me nuts! This literally just happened, so I'm trying to find a fix for it as soon as possible. Thanks for the help!

Not much cleaner in Interior Detailer.   I would use the Interior Cleaner as well.  Or Waterless Wash.  Or even diluted APC.

If you use APC be sure you remove it all with TID or WW.

Dang. I don't have any of those. I contacted the guy that did the work, and he said soap would get it out. Should I just get my Adam's Car Shampoo and scrub it out?

The Leather Cleaner and Conditioner did the trick. It took some scrubbing, but it appears to be gone. I'll check it again tomorrow to make sure it all went away. I found a bunch of it on the back triangle windows, too.

Thanks a million to everyone for their help. I was definitely freaking out there for a little while...

Adam, that's so great that the items worked! I'm in the same situation with my doors and seats below my sunroof. What specific leather cleaner and conditioner did you use that did the trick? I hope I can do it and get the same results.
