Machine Super Sealant/Paint Sealant cure time

AvsBest

Question

I'm sure it's been asked before but here is the deal:

I'll seal a car soon in my garage, the plan is to wait the 30-45min cure time then remove the hazing if any.

Question: That car will leave, sit outside all night and next morning in the sun and what not.

Any problems with that? With my car I leave it in the garage all night then in the morning I wipe any hazing if any but I won't be able to do this with someone else's car

Quick bump on this.

After the machine super sealant has done its job in 30min or whatever it says on the bottle, you check for hazing and wipe with detail spray if required. Then can you just drive it out and use as normal?

Yep.  You are good to go.  The 12 hour cure time on the old Machine Super Sealant is for LAYERING.  If you want to add a layer of wax you should wait 12 hours.

The current Liquid Paint Sealant can be layered after 1/2 hour or so....

If you leave it outside overnight there will be dust on it. Use plenty of waterless wash or a rinseless wash dilution to remove the dust. The liquid paint sealant cures faster then the old machine sealant. Usually what I do is seal, allow the product to cure, and then remove. I may wait 1 hour and then go around the car to see what areas I missed when removing the product.
