hostileshelby
so a few months back i bought a 74 beetle out of MA. the paint and car needs to be full restored, in tearing the car down the paint is all weathered and is sun faded extrememly bad. so i pulled out a couple pads and the correcting polishes and went to work. Here is a picture of the before and after. im still in the process of restoring the car but heres what the paint looks like. zapdon, avimore and b_pappy

Sizzle Chest
Yep! Good old single stage can be really brought back! Looks like you are going to have it looking good! Nice work!
PacificNWBuckeye
Wow, tons of life left in that paint. I've always like Beetles, must be from watching all the Herbie movies too much when I was a kid... OK I have them on DVD currently so I still watch them. I would love a 50's Oval, 12V conversion with a 2300cc engine. hostileshelby

hostileshelby
Yeah it's not going to be show quality. Just another weekend cruiser. $100 big with a million dollar polish. Hahaha
