It rained today and the car actually got dirty. Saturday's gonna be a fun day, bust out the foam cannon, the revive polish, the master blaster!

We've been getting more rain days than sun.  Rain today, tomorrow, and the next two days after.  So sick of this crap.  And the last two times I took the Vette out on sunny days................it RAINED on the car.  Both times. No place else, just where I happened to be. :angry:

I just made another gallon of rinseless diluted 16:1 for waterless because I've been using so much!

Ok perhaps that's more detailing opportunities than anyone needs. I grew up in western Pennsylvania, 40 sunny days a year got old. Now I'm in Texas, no shortage of sun... though spontaneous combustion is a concern.

I have been adopting the wipe the car down at the end of each day technique, i alternate between waterless/diluted rinseless and detail spray.  Love how the car looks but I feel like if I keep this up Adam's will be taking more of my money soon lol. 

 

I hate when it rains mid week and then I have to wait until the weekend to give the car a good wash, fortunately out here in California rain isn't much of an issue.

You hit the nail on the head buddy.  Can't even cut the darn grass!  

Good news is, it's supposed to end tomorrow night, and hopefully be dry for a car cruise Sunday. Next week is supposed to be dry and sunny and HOT ............ until the weekend. Then back to rain.

And when you do get to cut the grass it is so tall that it bogs down the lawnmower.  I'm in the same boat.  Rain and cold.  However vacation this week has been fantastic.
