buildingtopproducers Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Hello All, Recently picked up a couple new cars 1 for the wife and 1 for myself after many years of driving the same vehicles. I decided this time I was going keep them up myself. I enjoy the process of detailing them as I have in past worked in the field. It has been some time since then so I will need to come up to speed about new products and new techniques. I scoured the internet for who offered quality products and Adams came up over and over again. Then I made my first purchase and was one the phone for nearly an hour with the sales rep she was super help full thanks goodness for Adams it was a big purchase. But no sooner did that arrive and I needed some more (I bet a few of you know what I mean). And let me tell once I started using the stuff and ran into trouble wow the customer service was awesome they set me straight in minutes so thanks again to them for that. Have loved the way they take care of us customers that is. I try to do this in my own business and man I have to say they will keep me on my toes with the service they give. When I first purchased my car I gave up attempting to personally detail it, because I could never find products that worked for me. Since I found out about Adam's Polishes, however, I have taken up the task again. You're completely right about their customer service, it's actually the best of any company I've ever come across.
