been waiting a while to share this with you ;) I’m actually disappointed in how the picture of the sandwich turned out.  But you’ll get the gist...

MODS! I need action!!! Jen should be banned from this forum for appetite abuse!!!

J/K 😂. This might just have taken over as my favorite post on here! And now I understand your post from earlier 😆. Thanks for sharing, Jen. And for making me look up airfare costs to Chicago...

P.S. The pizza and steak look delicious, too, but Portillo's is still calling my name...

I've had Wagyu and Kobe and while they are both exceptional, in all honestly, I couldn't tell really tell the difference between them and Allen Brothers.   If you get a Aged Roast from Allen Brothers, slow cook it on the grill, that is a meal.

The Chef daughter decided that we needed to cook out tonight and couldn't decide what to make.  We ended up with Filet Mignon, Seasoned Salmon with a skin backing, and Bourbon Marinated Salmon and loaded baked potatoes.   Besides the grilled food, we had Chipotle Mac & Cheese, a dill something cucumber salad and various fresh fruits.   I think the pictures of the grill speak for themselves, the Filet and potatoes were started and then the Salmon was put on.

The Filet was medium rare, leaning more toward rare and the Salmon was a perfect 135 degrees.

Hi all! Sorry have been absent...been dealing with needing a knee replacement still a few months out unfortunately.  Anywho, have been meaning to thank the Adams team for all they do...so am finally sending Emery and the crew cookies to share...they should have them Friday.

One of the cookies have been nicknamed by a friend as "The Crazies" they are chewy chocolate chipotle black pepper peanut butter chip espresso cookies (the first picture), the others are salted caramel, amaretto almond joy. and butterscotch.  The dough recipe is my own creation along with the resulting ingredients to make unique flavor combinations. Hope the team at Adams enjoy.
