Yes, APC/wheel cleaner is going to remove the PS so I would just dilute car shampoo 3:1, or even just use a foam gun/cannon and do one wheel at a time.

 

If they aren't super dirty, sometimes just foaming them is good enough!

Yeah just car shampoo will work. On wheels I'll use H20 GG every other wash. You'd be surprised how much cleaner they'll stay doing that. Keeping them clean will just about void the use of wheel cleaner. I guess it all depends on what kind of car/brakes you have. I use wheel cleaner on my wheels 1-2 a year at most.

If I use Paint Sealer on my painted wheels, do I only use Car Shampoo on them assuming that the Wheel Cleaner removes the Paint Sealant?

Or mix up a bottle of Wash & Wax at wash strength, then you clean and seal at every wash!
