New content feature

The last 2-3 days I have been unable to use the "New Content" tab in the menu (top right, 4 squares inside a large square) on the mobile version of the website. I also checked the full site version. I cleared out cache and history in my browser. It returns with no new content. Even though I can see new content in the threads on the main page. I have been clicking each thread and reading the new topics in each thread that way.

Thanks

Using the full version, check the options on the left to ensure the "By content type," "Forums," and "By time period," "New since my last visit" are checked and not one of the other options, e.g., "Past week," "Past 2 weeks," etc. That happened to me for some reason, but all is well again.

I did make sure I was signed in and even signed out then cleared cache and history, then signed in again with no luck

falcaineer:

I just checked with you suggesting with no luck.

Thanks guys for the tips.

Maybe one of the adams team members will check the back end of the forum for me.

Try setting your New Content screen to look like this, with "Past 2 weeks", and with nothing highlighted in the bottom section under "Other".
