This is great polisher to get you started. It is Porter Cable clone, and the backing plates can be switched out giving you multiple pad size options. Especially for your asking price . I bought a used cyclo on here for a about 250 USD shipped and it's 10 times the tool that this one is. 100 bucks sounds about right for a sale here .
