shane@detailedreflections
So we recently had a friend call us after getting a car back after someone was using it for a while. That someone had a dog and let the dog in the car all the time, and not surprisingly didn’t clean it even the slightest. After a lot of vacuuming, scrubbing and extracting along with a variety of other tools, we managed to turn it around. My partner is the one who’s better at interiors than I am. So he gets all the credit in the world for turning this around. He truly is a master of his craft. falcaineer, IAcamoprincess01 and 8675309'SS
SJP
This is the main reason why I don't let me people borrow my truck. I would have flipped out and I mean big time. I hope of whoever the friend was, they actually paid for this job to be done. Nevertheless nice turnaround!! shane@detailedreflections
shane@detailedreflections
Thanks. His situation didn’t allow him to say no. It was a family matter, so needless to say she wasn’t worried about the condition she gave it back in. I’m sure you can figure out what happened. And yes, he did pay for the job to be done and tipped rather generously. He’s been a long supporter of the business as we transitioned from hobby to business. We will be doing more work for him in the spring.

ZMAN024
That looks awesome ! Nice save. The question is...........how bad did it smell. I love dogs, but that's just plain nasty. Nothing worse than that wet dog smell that never seems to go away. Adam's Odor Neutralizer does a fairly good job at squelching it, but it seems to be reborn on hot and humid days. You’re right, odor neutralizer does a fairly good job of knocking down odor. Unfortunately the only true way to eliminate odors is with ozone. I’ve toyed with the idea of investing in one, but I’m not sure people would pay for the service. To be done right, I’d need the vehicle overnight which is the issue for many. The machine is only about $400. Eventually we will end up with one. Probably once I get a client who asks for deodorizing and is willing to pay to have it done right.
