H20 GG tip

This product can be tricky to use at first. I know it was a pain for me. But after using it a few times and learning a trick from someone on IG, I’ve got the method down for a wet application.

Make sure to have 2-3 towels depending on the vehicle. I’ve learned that while the panel is still wet. Spray a mist of H20 on the panel. Spread the product In and wait 10-15 seconds depending on temps etc, and then buff off. Can’t wait too long or the product will streak and you’ll need to re-wet the area and buff again. I find that trying to buff it off immediately after spreading it across a panel, leaves me wiping and wiping and wiping. Letting it haze up a tad makes it so much easier for me. Some may already know this and some may not. Thought I’d share my experience. Also, if the vehicle hasn’t been clayed and the paint is rough. It’s not going to be as easy to apply. Here’s a couple pics from this evenings wash.

Glad you got it to work for you! It really is a great product to maintain a finish with.  I do a similar method of application, only difference is I let it have for about 1-2 minutes because I do an entire side of my truck at a time. When necessary I'll touch up spots with a shot of Detail spray and a single soft.
